무인비행장치측량 표준품셈의 개선방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 논문은 4차 산업혁명 시대에 활용성이 확장되고 있는 무인비행장치측량 표준품셈이 활용분야의 확대를 담아낼 수 있도록 그 개선방안을 연구한 것이다. 연구를 위하여 유인항측에 의한 지도제작 부분의 표준품셈과 2020년 건설표준품셈에 새로 수록된 무인항측의 표준품셈 내용을 비교함으로써 무인항측 표준품셈의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 아울러 4차 산업혁명 시대에 스마트건설에 활용되기 위하여 무인항측의 성과물 관련 작업 규정들이 어떻게 개정되어야 할지 그 방향을 제시하고 개정된 규정에 따른 품셈안의 필요성을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 무인항측 표준품셈도 유인항측의 경우처럼 사진축척별 품셈의 제시가 필요하며 둘째, 유인항측 표준품셈을 준용토록 규정하고 있는 세부 공종들에 대하여 작업 여건과 요소들이 다르므로 독자적인 무인항측 표준품셈이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였으며. 셋째, 스마트건설시대에 무인항측 성과물이 BIM 설계 및 시공관리, 시설물 안전점검 등에 활발하게 활용될 수 있도록 관련 작업 규정의 개정과 함께 관련 무인항측 표준품셈(안)의 개정이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This paper is to study the improvement plan so that the standard work estimate for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) photogrammetry, which is expanding its utility in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, can contain the expansion of the field of use. For the study, it was compared that the standard work estimate of the UAV photogrammetry which was newly included in the 2020 construction standard work estimate to standard work estimate of map production by the aerial photogrammetry and then was suggested the improvement plan of the standard work estimate of the UAV photogrammetry. In addition, in order to be used for smart construction in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the direction of how the work regulations related to the output of UAV photogrammetry should be revised was suggested. And the necessity of a standard work estimate revision of the UAV photogrammetry according to the revised regulations was examined. The research results are as follows. First, it is necessary to present the the standard work estimate according to the photo scale of the UAV photogrammetry as like the aerial photogrammetry. Second, the necessity of independent standard work estimate of the UAV photogrammetry was confirmed because the working conditions and factors were different for detailed work types that stipulate the use of standard work estimate of aerial photogrammetry. Third, in the era of smart construction, it is necessary to revise the related work regulations and the standard work estimate of the UAV photogrammetry so that UAV can be actively used for BIM design and construction management, and facility safety inspection.
