국문 초록

연구목적 : 본 연구는 이방향 이질성의 지반에서 활용할 수 있는 저압주입 그라우팅 공법을 제안하기 위해 ①내구성과 안정성을 확보한 재료를 선정하고, ②선정된 재료의 강도 및 침투성을 실험한 후, ③실대형 토조실험을 통한 재하시험 및 수치해석을 통해 보강효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 : 저투수계수의 복합지반을 조성하고, 선정된 재료를 주입한 후 지지력 및 침하량을 측정하여 보강효과를 확인하였고, 수치해석을 통해 실험결과와 비교하여 보강효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 : 제안된 주입방법을 시행한 후 보강효과를 확인한 결과, 지지력은 약 50% 가량 증가되었고, 침하량은 약 33% 감소되었다. 또한, 재료강도를 증가시키는 것에 비해 주입량을 증가시키는 것이 보강효과 증진에 유리한 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 : 제안된 주입식 그라우팅방법은 실험과 수치해석을 통해 침투성, 주입성능, 강성 등에서 모두 목표성능을 만족하는 것으로 나타나 향후 구조물 기초지반 보강설계에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

Purpose : In this study, to propose an injection-type grouting method that can be used in the ground of two-way heterogeneity, ① selected materials with durability and stability, ② tested the strength and permeability of the selected materials, and ③ conducted a large-scale soil test. The purpose of this is to verify the reinforcement effect through the load test and numerical analysis. Method : After composing a low permeability composite ground, injecting the selected material, and measuring the bearing capacity and settlement amount, the reinforcement effect was confirmed, and the reinforcement effect was verified by comparing it with the experimental results through numerical analysis. Result : As a result of confirming the reinforcement effect after implementing the proposed injection method, the bearing capacity was increased by about 50% and the settlement amount decreased by about 33%. In addition, it was confirmed that increasing the injection amount compared to increasing the material strength is advantageous for enhancing the reinforcing effect. Conclusions : The proposed injection-type grouting method was found to satisfy the target performance in terms of permeability, injection performance, and stiffness through experiments and numerical analysis, so it is judged that it can be used in the reinforcement design of the foundation of the structure.
