건설현장의 감성안전교육 활성화를 위한 감성지능 프로그램 평가영역 개발 연구

국문 초록

연구목적 : 본 연구는 건설현장 근로자들의 재해 저감을 위하여 감성지능 활용을 통한 감성안전교육 프로그램을 적용하기 위한 기초연구이다. 연구방법 : 건설현장 관리자들을 패널 전문가로 설정한 후 감성지능 4영역 4수준에 대한 요소별 감성안전교육 프로그램 선정을 위해 델파이 1차~3차 조사를 실시하였다. 3차 조사에서는 교육과정 평가영역을 확대하여 AHP분석을 이용해 상대적 중요도 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 : 첫째, 델파이 1~3차 조사에서 “내가 겪은 사건기록”, “상황극에서 ‘나’라면 문제해결 방향”, “감사의 말 전달”, “릴레이 칭찬”, “아차사고 실수 말할 수 있다” 프로그램 등 5가지가 선정되었다. 둘째, 관리자 전문가 집단의 의사결정에 따른 건설현장 특성이 반영된 교육과정 평가영역의 종합 중요도 순위로 법정교육시 감성안전교육의 혼합 적절성, 관리감독자 능력개발의 적절성, 교육이수자 만족도 조사의 적절성, 감성안전 교육방법의 적절성 등으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 감성안전교육 프로그램 평가영역에 대한 1순위는 감성안전 교육과정(80.0%)으로 감성지능 하위요인이 현장의 특수성 극복을 위해 작용이 가능한가에 대한 평가이다. 2순위는 감성안전 교육성과(66.6%)로 교육목표가 안전을 실현하기 위한 교육성과를 지향하기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 3순위로 감성안전 교육내용의 타당성 (60.0%), 4순위는 감성안전 교육방법(40.0%)과 감성안전 교육관리(40.0%)로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study is a basic study for applying emotional safety education programs through the use of emotional intelligence to reduce disasters for construction site workers. Method : Construction site managers were selected as panel experts as research methods, and Delphi s 1st to 3rd surveys were conducted to select emotional safety education programs for each element of emotional intelligence 4 areas and 4 level. In the 3rd round of research, the curriculum assessment area was expanded to analyze the relative importance using AHP analysis. Result : First, 5 programs were selected in Delphi s 1st and 3rd surveys: Record of events I experienced , Problem-solving directions if I were in a situational play , Delivering Words of Appreciation , Relay Compliments and I Can Say Near Miss Mistakes . Second, The overall importance of the curriculum evaluation area, which reflects the characteristics of the construction site by a group of managers experts was confirmed by the appropriateness of inserting emotional safety education in legal education, development of managerial supervisor skills, adequacy of educational satisfaction survey and emotional safety education methods. Third, the first priority in the evaluation area of emotional safety education programs is the Emotional Safety Curriculum(80.0%). The second place is emotional safety education performance(66.6%). The third place was found to be the feasibility of emotional safety education(60.0%), and the fourth place was identified as the emotional safety education method(40.0%), and safety education management(40.0%).
