국문 초록

본 연구의 주제는 지원고용 프로그램에서의 직업개발과 평가실제를 알아보는 데 있었다. 연구주제 및 연구목적에 따라 지원고용에서의 직업평가의 기초, 지원고용 프로그램에서의 직업개발 및 평가실제에 관해서 알아보았다.지원고용에서 중요한 것은 장애인에게 적절한 직업을 발견하기 위하여 지역사회를 조사함과 동시에 직무가 가능한 작업자를 찾아 그 명단을 작성하여야 한다는 것이다. 고용의 기회가 있는 데도 직무가 가능한 작업자가 없다면 직업개발은 아무런 가치가 없다. 그러므로 내담자 평가는 직업개발과 동시에 이루어져야 하며, 이 과정은 전진적이며 상호연계를 가지고 이루어져야 한다.지원고용에서 직업개발을 위한 평가과정은 지역노동시장조사, 장애인 욕구파악, 개별훈련계획, 향상에 대한 지속적인 기록, 고용주의 만족평가로 구성되어 있다. 지원고용에서 직업개발과정은 지역사회의 노동시장조사, 고용주와의 구체적인 접촉, 작업환경의 관찰, 직무분석으로 되어 있으며, 내담자의 평가형태와 실제는 기록검토, 면접과 비공식적 관찰, 행동평가, 생산률 기록으로 이루어진다.

영문 초록

The subject of this study aims to examine the job development and evaluation practice in the supported employment program. The thing which is important in the supported employment is to research community and to list the name of the employer who is able to work. If there is no employer, even though the opportunity to get a job is given, the job development will have no value in itself. Therefore a client assessment should be performed with job development at the same time, that is, these two process should be made progressively with reciprocal relationship. The evaluation process for job development in the supported employment is composed of regional labor market survey, search of disabled person s needs, individual training plan, constant record about improvement , and employee s satisfaction assessment. The process of job development in the supported employment consist of labor market survey of the community, specific contact with employee, the observation of working environment and job analysis. The evaluation pattern and practice of client is composed of the review of record, interview and non-official observation, behavior appraisal and the record of production rate.
