특수학교 초등부 학생의 직업교육에 대한 교사의 요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 특수학교 초등부 직업교육에 대한 교사의 인식을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 특수학교 초등부 직업교육의 목표, 내용, 방법, 평가, 지원체제, 실시체제에 대한 문항이 자유응답으로 반응하도록 구성되어있는 설문지를 사용하였다. 이 설문지는 부산·경남지역 13개 특수학교에 총 157부가 발송하였으며 127부(80.8%)를 회수하였다. 연구결과로는 목표와 내용에서 직업체험과 탐색영역에 대한 요구가 다수를 이루었으며, 방법은 직접체험에 대한 내용과 교육과정 및 프로그램 등의 개발에 대해서 많은 의견이 수렴되었다. 그리고 평가는 누가기록을 통한 평가에 대한 요구가 많았고, 지원체제에 대해서는 교육과정적 지원 및 인적지원에 대한 요구가 두드러졌다. 마지막으로 실시체제는 지원체제와 마찬가지로 교육과정 및 프로그램 개발을 포함한 기타사항 등에 대한 요구들이 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to survey teachers vocational education for elementary students in special school. The data for this study was obtained from a survey on the teachers who teach elementary students in the 13 special schools located in Pu-San and Kyung-Nam and the parents whose children go to these schools. The survey covers 6 areas-aim, contents, method, evaluation, support system, practice system of vocational education- with the 11 questions on its importance (giving a importance rank to each item ) and 6 open questions on demand (free writing). For the survey data, the questions were analyzed in the from of frequency and percentage term. The study findings were as follows: Regarding the matters of demand, the largest demand of teachers was about curriculum and program, found in the understanding/development of students’ interest, talent and capability, experience centered education and observation evaluation. These findings show that the systematic execution of education design for individual traits is required for vocational education in the stage of carrier development.
