한중(韓中) 시문선집에 수록된 정몽주 시문의 위상과 특징

국문 초록

본고에서는 정몽주의 작품이 수록된 조선과 중국의 시문선집을 고찰하였다. 정몽주 시문이 수록된 선집으로 우리나라 김종직의 『청구풍아』와 서거정의 『동문선』, 남용익의 『기아』, 장지연의 『대동시선』 그리고 중국 남방위의 『조선시선』, 오명제의 『조선시선』, 전겸익의 『열조시집』, 주이존의 『명시종』등을 고찰하였다. 『청구풍아』와 『동문선』은 모두 정몽주의 시를 많이 수록하였는데 『청구풍아』는 125명 중 제9위였고, 『동문선』은 388명 중 제6위였다. 내용상으로는 모두 사행시가 많았으나 『청구풍아』는 철리시와 악부시, 『동문선』에는 종군시, 변새시, 자연시 등을 수록한 차이가 있었다. 『기아』와 『대동시선』은 수록내용이 비슷한데 기존 시선집에 비해 적은 작품을 수록하였으며, 호방함을 드러내는 시 위주로 선정하는데 그쳤다. 남방위와 주이존의 선집에는 오류가 많아 오명제와 전겸익의 선집을 중심으로 검토하였다. 오명제의 『조선시선』에 수록된 113명의 우리나라 시인 중 정몽주의 작품수는 제2위였으며, 『열조시집』은 제3위였다. 그러나 허균의 영향이 컸던 이 시선집에서 허균의 스승인 이달과 누이인 허난설헌을 제외하면 정몽주가 모두 제1위이다. 중국시선집의 경우 우리나라에 비해 적은 편수가 실려 있음에도 불구하고 다양한 주제의 시가 수록되어 있으며, 특히 『열조시집』은 충신 정몽주의 면모를 강조한 특징이 있다.

영문 초록

This study set out to investigate collections of poetry and prose works containing Jeong Mong-ju s works published in Joseon and China. The collections containing his poems include Cheonggupunga by Kim Jong-jik, Dongmunseon by Seo Geo-jeong, Gia by Nam Yong-ik, and Daedongsiseon by Jang Ji-yeon in Joseon and Anthology of Joseon by Nambangwi, Anthology of Joseon by Omyeongje, Yeoljo Collection of Poems by Jeongyeomik, and Myeongsijong by Juijon in China. Both Cheonggupunga and Dongmunseon have many of Jeong Mong-ju s poems. He ranked No. 9 of 125 writers whose works were published in Cheonggupunga and No. 6 of 388 in Dongmunseon. In terms of content, many of his poems in these collections are envoy poems. Cheonggupunga also presents his Cheoli and Akbu poems, while Dongmunseon features his poems about service in a war, soldiers in the frontier, and nature, as well. Gia and Daedongsiseon chose Jeong s poems similar in content. They contain relatively fewer poems of Jeong than previous collections and focus on his poems displaying his magnanimous nature. Since there were many errors with the collections by Nambangwi and Juijon, the present study reviewed mainly the collections by Omyeongje and Jeongyeomik. Of 113 Korean poets whose works are published in Anthology of Joseon by Omyeongje, Jeong recorded No. 2. He also recorded No. 3 in Yeoljo Collection of Poems, which was deeply influenced by Heo Gyun. Except for Lee Dal, Heo s teacher, and Heo Nanseolheon, his sister, Jeong recorded No. 1 in terms of works published in the collection. The collections published in China contain a smaller number of Jeong s works than their Joseon counterparts, but there are his poems of more diverse topics published in them. Yeoljo Collection of Poems, in particular, puts an emphasis on Jeong s aspects as a loyal subject.
