해수욕장 이용객의 코로나19 예방조치와 안전교육 및 안전행동의 구조적 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 해수욕장 이용객의 코로나19 예방조치와 안전교육 및 안전행동의 구조적 관계를 분석하기 위하여 연구 모델을 설정하고 이를 규명하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 전라남도 영광군 가마미 해수욕장 개장일(2020년 7월 10일)부터 폐장일(8월 16일, 38일간)까지 해수욕장 이용객 만 20세 이상 성인을 대상으로 편의표본추출(convenience sampling method)방법을 이용하여 445명을 표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 18.0과 Amos Ver. 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인 분석(exploratory factor analysis)과 신뢰도 분석(reliability analysis)을 하였으며, 확인적 요인 분석(confirmatory factor analysis)을 통해 변인간의 구조 관계 타당성을 검정하였고, 연구모형의 타당성과 영향 관계 분석을 위하여 구조방정식 모형 분석(structure equation model analysis)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 해수욕장 이용객의 안전교육은 안전행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 코로나 예방조치와 안전교육, 안전행동에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 해수욕장을 운영하는 관계 기관은 이용객의 안전을 위한 안전교육장을 설치하여 119소방구조대의 구조법, 해양경찰의 해양안전, 교육기관의 심폐소생술과 같은 전반적인 안전교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 상호간 협력체계를 갖추고, 단발성 교육보다는 해수욕장 폐장 시까지 상시 교육을 통하여 이용객의 안전의식과 안전행동 변화에 적극적으로 동참할 수 있도록 교육 프로그램을 정례화 하여 안전의식에 대한 인식이 높아질 수 있도록 해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to establish and identify a research model to analyze the structural relationship between COVID-19 preventive measures and safety education and safety behavior of beach users. From the opening date of Gamami Beach in Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do (July 10, 2020) to the closing date (August 16, 38 days), 445 people were sampled using convenience sampling method for adults over 20 years old. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Ver. 18.0 and Amos Ver.18.0 program was used to analyze exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify the validity of structural relationship between variables, and structure equation model analysis was used to analyze the validity and influence relationship of the research model. As a result, safety education of beach users was found to have an effect on safety behavior, and it did not have an effect on corona prevention measures, safety education, and safety behavior. Therefore, the related organizations that operate the beaches have a mutual cooperation system so that the safety education field for the safety of the users can be established so that the overall safety education such as the rescue law of 119 fire rescue team, marine safety of marine police, and CPR of educational institutions can be achieved. It is considered that it should be done so that it can be done.
