국문 초록

본 연구는 산업현장에서 근로자의 생활 수준과 영향력이 점차 강화됨에 따라 사고 예방에 관심이 고조되는 사회에서, 안전보건을 시스템적인 접근방법으로 경영시스템에 통합하여 산업재해를 지속적으로 감소시키고자 하는 안전보건경영시스템의 도입 효과에 대해서 알아보았다. 첫째로 국내 건설업 안전보건경영시스템의 도입업체와 미도입업체의 사망 재해 수를 비교 분석하여 시스템의 도입 효과에 대해 알아보고 왜 시스템적 접근방법이 안전보건관리에 긍정적인 , 효과를 가져다주는지 세부적으로 알아보았다. 둘째, 안전보건경영시스템을 도입한 건설회사의 연도별 활동자료를 바탕으로 국내 안전보건경영시스템의 현 실태를 분석하였으며, 이에 따른 국내 건설업 안전보건경영시스템의 문제점과 개선 방향을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 안전보건경영시스템의 효과와 현실태를 정리하며, 향후 안전보건관리의 발전을 위해서는 안전이 문화로써 정착이 필요하다고 생각해보았으며, 이를 달성하기 위해서는 반드시 안전보건경영시스템이 선행되어야 한다고 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study looked at the effect of introducing a health and safety management system that aims to continuously reduce industrial accidents by integrating safety and health into the management system in a systematic approach in a society where workers living standards and influence are increasingly strengthened at industrial sites. First, we compared and analyzed the number of deaths of domestic construction safety and health management companies to find out the effect of introducing the system and why the systematic approach has a positive effect on safety and health management. Second, the current status of the domestic safety and health management system was analyzed based on the annual activity data of the construction company that introduced the safety and health management system, and the improvement direction of the domestic construction industry safety and health management system was derived. Finally, the effectiveness and reality of the safety and health management system were summarized, and safety and health management systems were suggested to be established as a culture for the future development of safety and health management.
