국문 초록

본 연구는 출소자의 지역사회적응에 가족관계회복과 사회적 지지가 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 연구하는 데 있다. 범죄는 심각한 사회적 문제로 자리하고 있으며, 국민의 안전과 안녕을 위하여 범죄를 예측하고 예방하기 위해 현재까지도 노력을 지속하고 있다. 거의 교정은 범죄를 억제하기 위하여 범죄자를 격리·수용하는 역할을 하였다면, 현대의 교정은 교정 및 교화를 통하여 범죄자가 사회 적응을 잘 할 수 있도록 돕는 역할을 하고 있다. 교정기관에서도 가족관계의 회복을 통하여 안정적 사회 복귀를 도모하고 있으며, 교정기관 내에서도 가족관계의 회복을 위한 프로그램 및 지원을 다양하게 하고 있다. 주변인들의 사회적 지지는 그들의 사회 적응에 있어서 긍정적 영향을 주어 변화에 적응을 할 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 한다. 따라서 출소자의 가족관계 회복과 사회적 지지는 지역사회 적응에 매우 중요하다 할 수 있다. 본 연구결과 가족관계 회복과 사회적 지지가 지역사회적응에 영향을 미치며, 지역사회적응의 하위변인과 사회적 지지는 모두 정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 가족관계 회복은 지역사회 집단참여를 제외하고 가족관계 회복은 모두 정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 가족관계 회복이 사회적 지지보다 지역사회 적응에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 출소자의 지역사회 적응을 위해 실증적·이론적 기초자료에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate empirically whether family resettlement and social support are influential on the adaptation of the ex - prisoner to the community. Crime is a serious social problem, and efforts are continuing to predict and prevent crime for the safety and well - being of the people. If almost correction has played a role in isolating and accepting criminals to suppress crime, Hyundai s correction is helping criminals to adapt to society through correction and edification. In the correctional institution, the restoration of family relationship is restored to stable social return, and the program and support for the restoration of family relationship are diversified in the correctional institution. The social support of the surrounding people plays a role in helping them adapt to change by positively affecting their social adaptation. Therefore, restitution of family relations and social support are very important for adaptation to the community. The results of this study showed that family restoration and social support influenced community adaptation and that sub - variables and social support of community adaptation had a statistically significant effect. Relational restorations were found to have a statistically significant effect. Especially, family rehabilitation has more influence on community adaptation than social support. This paper is expected to help empirical and theoretical baseline data for the adjustment of displaced persons to the community.
