국문 초록

본 연구는 부산시에 거주하는 베트남, 필리핀, 캄보디아 출신 16명의 국제결혼이주여성들을 대상으로 가정폭력피해 실태를 분석하고 예방을 위한 정책적 대안을 마련하였다. 이를 위하여 베트남, 필리핀, 캄보디아 출신 결혼이주여성을 3명을 사례관리자로 교육하고 모두 16명을 심층면접하였다. 사례관리자와 사례회의를 통해 심층면접결과를 개방코딩, 범주화, 범주확인 과정을 거쳐 가정폭력피해 실태를 분석하였다. 심층면접 분석 결과 가정폭력 유형을 빈도가 높은 순서대로 정서적 폭력, 경제적 폭력, 신체적 폭력, 성적폭력, 사회적 격리 등 5가지 유형으로 구분하였다. 이들 가정폭력의 특징은 약점을 이용한 폭력, 경제적 유무와 상관없는 내 맘대로 폭력, 결혼이주여성에 대한 비 존중에 따른 폭력, 결혼이주여성들의 막연한 두려움을 이용한 폭력이 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 결혼중개업소에 대한 엄격한 관리 및 책임부여, 가정폭력 예방을 위한 사례 공유, 결혼사증발급을 위한 소득조건 강화 등의 결혼이주여성 가정폭력 예방을 위한 정책적 개선방안을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the status of domestic violence victims of 16 international marriage immigrant women from Vietnam, the Philippines and Cambodia living in Busan City and prepared policy alternatives for prevention. To this end, 3 marriage immigrant women from Vietnam, the Philippines, and Cambodia were educated as case managers, and 16 in-depth interviews were conducted. The results of the in-depth interview were analyzed through open coding, categorization, and etc. As a result of the in-depth interview analysis, the types of domestic violence were classified into five types: emotional violence, economic violence, physical violence, sexual violence, and social isolation in order of high frequency. The characteristics of these domestic violence are mainly violence using weaknesses, violence at will regardless of economic existence, violence due to disrespect for marriage migrant women, and violence using vague fears of marriage migrant women. Therefore, this study provided policy measures to prevent domestic violence against marriage immigrant women, such as strict management and responsibility for marriage brokerages, sharing cases for preventing domestic violence, and strengthening income conditions for issuing marriage visas.
