영문 초록

The third strategic plan for international development cooperation was established in 2021. This plan includes several sub initiatives regarding the areas of national-territorial and urban development. Developing countries need comprehensive planning and development management capabilities for sustainable land and urban areas because of exposure to rapid urbanization and climate change crises. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of the Korean ODA strategy for a win-win and comprehensive national-territorial and urban planning sector that will contribute to sustainable development in developing countries. We propose three directions based on the analysis results. The first is to establish a strategic system to present a spatial strategy program by composing the ODA framework for land and urban areas. The second is to improve the focused cooperation areas of CPS(Country Partnership Strategy) based on the framework. Finally, it needs to strengthen the policy and planning programs for the land and urban sectors. This study will contribute to ODA policy to respond to the cooperative country s development need and strengthen the Korean ODA competitiveness.
