중학생의 자아개념과 진로성숙도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 중학생의 자아개념과 진로성숙도에 진로탐색 집단프로그램이 미치는 영향력을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 문제를 검증하기 위한 변수들의 구성은 중학생의 자아개념과 진로성숙의 발달을 고려하여 자기 탐색과 수용과정, 진로탐색에 미치는 집단프로그램의 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석자료는 경기도에 있는 중학교의 1학년을 대상으로 2018년 3월부터 6월까지 15회기의 진로탐색 집단프로그램을 진행하고 사전·사후검사를 실시한 자료를 사용하여 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램으로 양적분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 진로탐색 집단프로그램을 시행한 실험집단 사후는 자아개념 하위요인 중 능력자아와 사회자아를 제외한 일반자아개념과 학급자아, 성취자아, 가족자아, 정서자아, 신체자아에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로탐색 집단프로그램을 시행한 실험집단 사후는 진로성숙도 하위요인 중 독립성을 제외한 계획성과 일에 대한 태도, 자기 이해에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 논의와 제한점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to confirm the influence of the career search group program on middle school students self-concept and career maturity. The composition of variables for verifying the research problem was to examine the effect of group programs on self-exploration, acceptance process, and career search by considering the development of middle school students self-concept and career maturity. As for the analysis data, the 15th career search group program was conducted from March to June 2018 for first graders in middle schools in Gyeonggi-do, and quantitative analysis was performed with the SPSS 22.0 statistical program using data from pre- and post-tests. As a result of the study, first, the post-mortem of the experimental group that conducted the career search group program was significantly different in the general ego concept, class ego, achievement ego, family ego, emotional ego, and physical ego, excluding competent ego and social ego among the sub-factors of self-concept appeared to be. Second, it was found that there were significant differences in planning, attitude toward work, and self-understanding, excluding independence among the sub-factors of career maturity among the sub-factors of career maturity. Based on the results of this study, the discussion and limitations of this study were presented.
