국문 초록

창업보육센터 운영에 관한 연구는 주로 입주기업들의 성과에 초점이 맞춰지고 창업보육센터 자체의 경영성과에 대해서는 소홀히 하였다. 또한 국가의 창업보육정책이나 지원이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향이나 창업보육센터에서 입주기업에게 제공하는 각종 서비스가 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 직접 영향에 대한 연구는 많았지만 이들 원인변수와 결과변수들 간의 매개효과나 행위 주체의 심리적 요인을 포괄적으로 고려한 연구는 매우 부족했다. 본 연구는 대학 내 창업보육센터의 창업보육전문매니저(이하 매니저)가 인식하고 있는 창업지원 환경이 창업보육센터와 입주기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 탐색하고 각 요인 간의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 탐색적 연구로 연구 대상은 대학 내 192개 창업보육센터 매니저를 대상으로 하고, 각 센터당 선임매니저 1명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 자료 분석은 기술통계 분석, 요인 분석 및 신뢰도 분석과 가설검정은 구조방정식모형 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 창업보육센터 운영정책을 수립할 때 매니저의 자긍심이라는 심리 특성을 적극 고려해야 한다는 것과, 둘째 창업보육센터의 효율적 운영방안을 마련하고자 할 때는 단순히 입주기업의 성과만 보지 말고 창업보육센터 내부 서비스에 영향을 미치는 내외부 요인은 물론 내부 요인들 간의 직간접적 인과관계를 동시에 고려해야 한다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과는 한국산업인력공단에서 개발한 직업기초능력 표준(NCS)에서 매니저의 직무능력 중 태도에 반영하고, 이를 창업지원기관의 운영과 매니저의 교육 훈련 프로그램 등에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Until now, research on business incubation center operation has mainly focused on the performance of tenant companies, and neglect of the performance of the incubation center itself. In addition, there have been many studies on the effect of the national incubation policy or support on the performance of tenant companies or the direct effect of various services provided to tenant companies by the incubation center on the performance of tenant companies, but the studies for these causes and effects among those factors and the mediating effects, if any, among those variables, including pychological factors of the actors, are very scares. This study seeks to explore various factors that affect the performance of the business incubator and the tenant companies by the entrepreneurial support environment recognized by the manager of the business incubator in the university, and to explain the relationships among those factors. This study is an exploratory study, and the subject of the study is for managers of 192 business incubators in universities, and a survey is conducted for one manager per each center for a complete survey, and data analysis is technical statistics. Structural equation model analysis was performed for analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and hypothesis test. As a result of this study, first, the psychological characteristics of the manager s self-esteem should be actively considered when establishing the business incubation center operation policy. Second, when establishing an efficient operation plan for the incubation center, the incubation center does not simply look at the performance of the tenant company. It was possible to obtain implications that the direct and indirect causal relationship between internal factors as well as internal and external factors affecting internal services should be considered at the same time. Finally, the results of this study will be reflected in the manager s attitude among the job competences of the vocational basic competency standard (NCS) developed by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and can be used for the operation of start-up support organizations and the manager s education and training programs.
