국문 초록

본 연구는 기술창업기업을 대상으로 전략적지향성과 네트워크역량이 신제품개발성과와 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석에 이용된 기술창업기업은 이노비즈 및 벤처기업 인증기업, 창업보육센터 입주기업, 연구소기업 등으로 기술기반 창업기업으로의 특성을 객관적 기준하에 인정받은 기업을 대상으로 하였다. 창업 후 7년 이내의 기술창업기업에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 202개의 유효 표본을 확보하였고, SPSS 및 AMOS를 활용하여 공분산 구조분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 전략적지향성과 네트워크역량이 신제품개발성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 신제품개발성과는 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과로 구성된 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 신제품개발성과는 전략적지향성, 네트워크 역량과 기업성과간의 매개적 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is to empirically investigate of the question of how strategic orientation and network capability affect new product development performance and performance (financial and non-financial) at the firm level. For that, we use survey-based data for 202 technology-based startup companies, such as INNOBIZ and venture certified companies, tenant companies in business incubators, research institute spin-off companies, under the age of seven from starting their business. Covariance structure model is established to test the nexus between the variables in question, which is estimated using SPSS and AMOS. The result of this study finds convincing evidence of the mediating effect of new product development performance on the nexus between strategic orientation, network capability, and performance: a positive significant effects of strategic orientation and network capability on new product development performance; a significant contribution of new product development performance to increased the financial and non-financial performance.
