국문 초록

본 연구에서는 중소기업을 대상으로 시장환경과 조직특성 및 경영전략 상호간의 적합성이 경영혁신기법의 활용정도와 기업성과의 관계에 미치는 차별적인 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 환경전략적합성과 전략조직적합성 및 환경전략조직적합성은 모두 경영혁신기법의 활용정도와 기업성과의 관계에 대하여 조절효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 환경전략적합성의 조절효과는 기업성과의 개선을 위하여 중소기업의 경영혁신기법에 대한 활용정도가 기업의 전반적인 전략수립과 조화를 이룰 필요가 있으며, 전략조직적합성의 조절효과는 경영혁신기법의 활용정도에 대한 의사결정과정에서 전략실행의 효율성을 고려해야 한다는 점을 반영한다. 환경전략조직적합성의 조절효과는 경영혁신기법의 활용에 의한 경쟁우위의 창출과 궁극적인 기업성과의 향상을 위하여 외부환경과 내부자원의 적합성을 고려한 전략수립과 조직구조에 적합한 전략실행의 조정에 대한 필요성을 강조하는 결과로 해석할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes empirically the effect of fit among characteristics of market environment, organization, and business strategy on the relationship between usage of management innovation technique(MIT) and business performance of small and medium size companies. According to the results of study, strategic environmental adaptation, organizational fit with strategy, and strategic environmental fit with organizational characteristics are all analyzed to shows moderating effect on the relationship between usage of MIT and business performance. The moderating effect of strategic environmental adaptation means the necessity of harmony between MIT and the strategy development and the moderating effect of organizational fit with strategy responds that the efficiency of strategy execution should be considered on decision making process of the usage of MIT. The moderating effect of strategic environmental fit with organizational characteristics can be interpreted that both strategy development from consideration of fit with external environment and internal resource and strategy execution based on internal organization fit should be emphasized to produce core competence and ultimately accomplish improvement of business performance.
