도로명주소 사용실태 실증분석에 관한 연구

국문 초록

국가나 지방자치단체에서는 도로명주소 사용 및 홍보에 행정력을 다하고 있지만 실생활에서 도로명주소 사용률은 90%에도 미치지 못하고 있어 전주시민을 대상으로 도로명주소의 인지도･숙지도･활용도･만족도 등에 대한 설문조사를 통해 도로명주소 활성화방안을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 도로명주소에 대한 설문조사 결과, 도로명주소 인지도 97.6%, 숙지도 97.5%, 활용도 95.4%, 만족도 63.3%로 나타났다. 연령별 분석 결과 20세 미만과 30∼39세에서 숙지도･활용도･만족도가 모두 높게 나타났고 60세 이상의 고령세대에서 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났으며 직업별 분석 결과에서는 공공기관 종사자의 숙지도와 활용도가 가장 높게 나타났으며 만족도는 직장인이 가장 높게 나타났다. 농업인은 숙지도･활용도･만족도에서 가장 낮게 나타났으며 가정주부의 활용도도 낮게 분석되었다. 따라서 도로명주소의 숙지도 및 활용도와 만족도가 낮은 학생과 고령세대 및 가정주부와 농업인에 대한 다양한 차원의 맞춤형 교육과 홍보가 필요하다. 도로명주소가 일상생활에서 거부감 없이 스며들고 사용되며 정착할 수 있도록 도로명주소 활성화 방안으로 도로명주소의 맞춤형 홍보, 도로명주소 안내시설물의 다양화, 상가 간판의 건물번호 표기 의무화 등을 제시한다.

영문 초록

The nation and local governments are doing their best to use and Promote Road Name Addresses, but in real life, the rate of use of Road Name Addresses is less than 90%. The purpose of this study is to present a plan for Activation the Road Name Address by surveying for Jeonju citizens on the recognition, familiarity, utilization, and satisfaction of Road Name Address. As a result of the analysis by age, the level of familiarity, utilization, and satisfaction were all high among those under 20 and 30 to 39 years of age, and the satisfaction was lowest among the elderly aged 60 and over. In the result of the analysis by occupation, the level of familiarity and utilization of workers in public institutions was the highest, and the satisfaction level was highest in the office workers. Farmers showed the lowest level of familiarity, utilization, and satisfaction, and the use of housewives was also low. Therefore, various levels of customized education and promotion are needed for students, elderly households, housewives, and farmers with low familiarity and utilization and satisfaction of road name address. In order to ensure that Road Name Addresses are used in everyday life without reluctance, customizes promotion of Road Name Addresses, diversification of Road Name Addresses information facilities, and mandatory marking of building numbers on shopping street signs are proposed as measures to activate Road Name Addresses.
