아로마 피부마사지의 통증감소 효과에 관한 연구

국문 초록

최근 어깨통증과 관련된 경부통증환자들이 늘어나고 있으며, 허리통증과 관련된 극소통증환자가 늘어나고 있는 가운데, 병원약물치료를 원하지 않는 사람들이 늘어나고 있는 가운데 피부관리 샵에서도 아로마를 이용하여 피부마사지를 받거나 아로마향을 흡입하는 경우가 빈번해지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서 경부통증환자와 극소통증환자를 대상으로 실험군고 비교군으로 나누어 통증감소 효과를 분석하였다. 첫째, 경부통증환자는 아로마오일 피부마사지를 받으면 통증은 사전보다 평균=6.100만큼 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 경부통증환자는 아로마 향 흡입과 아로마오일 피부마사지를 받으면 통증은 사전보다 평균 =5.767만큼 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 극소통증환자는 아로마오일 피부마사지를 받으면 통증은 사전보다 평균=3.867만큼 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 극소통증환자는 아로마 향 흡입과 아로마오일 피부마사지를 받으면 통증은 사전보다 평균 =4.767만큼 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 종합하면 경부통증환자는 아로마 향 흡입과 아로마오일 피부마사지를 동시에 하는 것보다 아로마오일 피부마사지 만 받는 것이 더 효과적인 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

In recent years, the number of patients with neck pain related to shoulder pain is increasing, and the number of patients with very small pain related to back pain is increasing, and the number of people who do not want hospital drug treatment is increasing. Inhalation is becoming more frequent. Therefore, in this study, the pain reduction effect was analyzed by dividing into an experimental group and a comparison group for cervical pain patients and very small pain patients. First, it was analyzed that in patients with cervical pain, when receiving aroma oil skin massage, the pain decreased by an average = 6.10 than before. Second, it was analyzed that the pain decreased by an average of 5.6767 compared to before in the case of cervical pain inhalation and aroma oil skin massage. Third, it was analyzed that the pain decreased by an average of 3.867 than before in the case of acute pain patients receiving aroma oil skin massage. Fourth, it was analyzed that the pain decreased by an average of 4.767 than before in the case of very pain patients who received aroma fragrance inhalation and aroma oil skin massage. Taken together, it was analyzed that patients with cervical pain were more effective in receiving only aroma oil skin massage than inhaling aroma scent and using aroma oil skin massage at the same time.
