국문 초록

본 연구는 가족상담과 가족치료에서 요구되는 문제로 정서불안, 스트레스, 우울 등이 가장 많다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 자연치유적 가족치료 프로그램을 제시하였다. 자연치유적 가족상담 및 가족 치료 프로그램은 심신치료, 식이치료, 수기치료로 구성하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 심신치료는 음악치료, 향기요법, 목욕요법, 운동요법, 웃음치료 등으로 구성하였으며, 식이치료는 생식, 주스, 채식 등으로 구성하였으며, 수기치료는 지압, 안마, 마사지, 자세교정 등으로 구성하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 가족상담의 요구 문제의 정서불안은 자연치유적 가족치료 프로그램을 통해서 평균 4.4920만큼 회복탄력성이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 자연치유적 프로그램의 심신치료, 식이치료, 수기치료는 정서불안에 영향을 준다고 할 수 있다. 가족상담의 요구 문제의 스트레스는 자연치유적 가족치료 프로그램을 통해서 평균 5.171 만큼 회복탄력성이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 자연치유적 프로그램의 심신치료, 식이치료, 수기치료는 스트레스에 영향을 준다고 할 수 있다. 가족상담의 요구 문제의 정서불안은 자연치유적 가족치료 프로그램을 통해서 평균 4.425 만큼 회복탄력성이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 자연치유적 프로그램의 심신치료, 식이치료, 수기치료는 스트레스에 영향을 준다고 할 수 있다. 이를 요약하면 자연치유적 가족치료는 가족 상담에서 요구되는 주요 문제는 정서불안, 스트레스, 우울 등을 해결하는 주요 프로그램으로 파악되었다. 의료비 부담이 늘어나는 오늘날 의료의 대체보완의 방안으로 볼수 있다. 건강프로그램을 운영하는 업체에서는 이를 받아들여 기존의 프로그램과 병행을 하면 좋은 가족상담 및 가족치료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study can be seen as the most common problems required in family counseling, such as emotional anxiety, stress, and depression. In order to solve this problem, a natural healing family therapy program was proposed. The family therapy program consisted of mental and physical therapy, diet therapy, and manual therapy, and its effects were analyzed. The mental and physical therapy consisted of music therapy, aroma therapy, bath therapy, exercise therapy, and laughter therapy, and diet therapy consisted of reproduction, juice, and vegetarian diet, and manual therapy consisted of acupressure, massage, massage, etc. Verified. It was analyzed that the emotional anxiety of the problem of family counseling needs increased resilience by an average of 4.4920 through the natural healing family treatment program. Therefore, it can be said that the mental and physical therapy, diet therapy, and manual therapy of the natural healing program affect emotional anxiety. It was analyzed that the stress of the problem of family counseling needs increased resilience by an average of 5.171 through the natural healing family treatment program. Therefore, it can be said that the mental and physical therapy, diet therapy, and manual therapy of the natural healing program affect stress. Companies that operate health programs are considered to be good family therapy if they accept this and run it in parallel with the existing program.
