국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 코로나 위드 시대 노인돌봄 서비스 제공기관의 경험을 살펴보는 것이다. 코로나 19와 함께하는 시대에 노인돌봄 서비스는 어떻게 제공되고 있으며, 서비스 제공 상의 어려움과대처 방안은 무엇인지 탐색하고자 하였다. 의도적 표본추출 통해 모집한 평균 15.9년의 돌봄 현장경력을 지닌 21명과 네 차례에 걸쳐 비대면 포커스 그룹 면담을 진행하였고, 면담의 자료를 질적내용분석 방법을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 ‘그동안의 돌봄서비스 작동 방식이 코로나 19와같은 위기상황에서 제대로 작동하지 않는 탓에 우왕좌왕 혼란을 겪었지만, 전염병 대유행 시기의대응 경험을 디딤돌 삼아 코로나 위드 시대의 노인돌봄 서비스를 새롭게 정비하고자 노력함’이라는대범주를 중심으로 네 개의 범주와 16개의 하위범주로 정리하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 포스트코로나 시대 사회적 돌봄으로서 노인돌봄 서비스의 방향과 실천 방법에 관한 제언과 함께 몇 가지후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of senior care service providers in the era of Corona-With. We explored how care for the older adults has been provided, and what kind of difficulties were there in providing the service and how to deal with them. Non-face-to-face focus group interviews were conducted four times with 21 people with an average of 15.9 years of working experience recruited through the purposeful sampling method. The data of the interviews were analyzed through the qualitative content analysis method. The results of the study were compiled into four categories and 16 subcategories, focusing on the large category of ‘trying to make efforts to reorganize the elderly care service in the era of the Corona-With, taking advantage of the experience of responding to the pandemic s crisis situation, although suffered a lof of confusion due to the way care services have operated so far did not work properly in crisis situations. Based on the results of the study, suggestions and follow-up studies on the direction and practice of senior care services as social care in the era of Corona-With were proposed.
