국문 초록

본 연구는 중소기업의 시장불확실성과 조직혁신성이 경영전략과 경영혁신에 미치는 영향과 함께 경영혁신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 및 성과관리시스템의 성과지표효율성이 경영혁신과 경영성과의 관계에 미치는 구조적인 인과관계를 종합적으로 분석하였다. 연구가설의 분석결과와 시사점은 다음과 같다. 기업의 시장불확실성과 조직혁신성은 차별화전략에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업이 시장불확실성에 대처하기 위하여 차별화전략을 선택하고 있으며 조직혁신성은 차별화전략을 적극적으로 지원한다는 실증분석 결과로 해석된다. 조직혁신성 및 차별화전략은 경영혁신에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치지만 시장불확실성은 경영혁신에 유의한 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 경영혁신은 성과지표효율성과 경영성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치며, 성과지표효율성은 또한 경영성과의 향상에도 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes empirically the effect of organizational innovation propensity on both management strategies and business innovation of small and medium size companies. Also this study analyzes overall the effect of business innovation on business performance and structural causality among performance index efficiency, business innovation and performance. Results and suggestions of the study are as follows. Market uncertainty and organizational innovation propensity of firms are analyzed to give significantly positive effect on differential strategy. It is interpreted empirically that firms select differential strategy in reaction to market uncertainty and organizational innovation propensity supports those reaction actively. It is analyzed that both organizational innovation propensity and differential strategy give significantly positive effect on business innovation. However market uncertainty gives significantly negative effect on business innovation. Business innovation gives significantly positive effect on both performance index efficiency and business performance. Performance index efficiency also gives significantly positive effect on business performance.
