매체를 활용한 대학 글쓰기 교육 방법 연구

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 영화와 디지털 매체에 주목하여, 매체를 활용한 글쓰기 교육방안에 대해 모색해 보았다. ASSURE 교수매체 모형(학습자 분석-목표 진술-교수방법·매체·자료의 선정-매체와 자료의 활용-학습자의 참여 유도- 평가와 수정)을 기본으로 매체 활용 글쓰기 교육 모형을 설계한 후 이를 구체화하여 수업에 적용해 보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 텍스트로 활용한 영화는 학습자들의 관심과 몰입을 유도하였으며 학습자들의 다양한 사고 활동의 매개가 되었다. 둘째, 하브루타 질문법에서 착안한 질문지 작성과 토의 활동은 자신의 생각을 정리하고, 사고 활동을 촉진하는 데 기여했다. 나아가 토의 활동에서 도출된 최고의 질문을 매개로 한 발표와 전체 토의는 학습자들의 사고를 확장하고, 영화 텍스트에 대한이해와 검증에 도움을 주었다. 셋째, 영화 텍스트나 제기된 문제와 관련된 정보를 찾아 학습자들과 공유하고 토의하는 과정은 학습자들에게 정보의 옳고 그름을 판단하여 필요한 정보를 선별할 수 있는 능력이 필요하다는 것을 인지시켰으며, 아울러 자신에게필요한 정보를 선별하여 상황에 맞게 글쓰기의 자료로 활용하는 데 도움이되었다. 넷째, 정보와 자신의 글을 공유할 때 활용한 디지털 기기는 학습자들의 학습 동기를 촉진하고 흥미를 유발하여 학습자들을 능동적으로 수업에 참여하게 하였다. 마지막으로 댓글 쓰기는 다양한 사고와 표현을 경험하게 하고 글쓰기에 대한 성취감과 의미를 갖게 하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, I focused on film and digital media and tried to find ways to teach writing using media. ASSURE(Analyze Learner-State Objectives-Select, Methods Media and Materials-Utilize Media and Materials-Require Learner Participation-Evaluate and Revise) the model of the writing education using media based on the teaching model was designed and applied to the class. As a result, firstly, the movie used as a text led to the interest and commitment of learners and helped to stimulate various thinking activities of learners. Second, the questionnaires and discussions made in the Havruta Questionnaire contributed to organizing their thoughts and facilitating their thinking activities. In addition, the presentation and the full discussion through the best questions derived from the discussion activities helped to extend the learners thinking and to verify their understanding of the text of the film. Third, the process of sharing and discussing with the learners by finding information related to the text of the film or the problem raised contributed to the recognition of the need for the learners to judge the right and wrong of the information and to select the necessary information. It was helpful to select the information needed for him / herself and utilize it as a material for writing according to the situation. Fourth, digital devices that were used to share information with information promoted learners motivation and attracted learners to actively participate in class. Finally, commenting gave me the experience of various thoughts and expressions and the sense of accomplishment and meaning of writing.
