군내 구성원의 내재적 동기가 보안 행동에 미치는 영향연구

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 군내 군사보안의 중요 요소중에서 군내 정보통신 시스템과네트워크 방호와도 같은 물리적인 부분보다 군내 구성원들의 보안행동에 대한영향관계에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 물론 정보통신 기술의 발달과 사이버 방호 시스템과 관련한 비중이 크게 확대되고, 그에 대한 보안체계 구축에 많은관심이 집중되어 있는 것이 사실이지만, 결국 그러함에도 그러한 시스템을 운영하고 군을 구성하는 조직 구성원에게 최종적인 군사보안의 책임이 있음을부정할 수 없기 때문이다. 무엇보다 구성원의 내외적 동기가 보안행동에 미치는 영향요소가 중요한데 그중에서 내재적 동기에 집중하여 계획된 행동이론(TPB)에 근거하여 연구하였다. 군 조직에 대한 유형과 각종 영향요소들이 보안행동에 미치는 인과관계를 규명하고자 군내 구성원 341명을 대상으로 설문을진행하였다. 이를 분석한 결과, 군내 군사보안 행동에 영향을 주는 행동의도에행동에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제가 유의하게 영향을 미치고있었고, 내재적 동기중 윤리적인 요소가 보안행동에 강력한 인과 관계적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 한편 군사보안과 관련한 직·간접 경험과 업무 관련성은 상대적으로 가설 채택이 되지 않았으며, 일정 부분의 인과관계는 유의미한 수준으로 식별되지 못하였다. 특히 내재적 동기중 윤리적인 요소는 행동에 대한 태도와 이와 연관된 행동의도에 극적인 영향을 주는 것으로 연구되었는데, 이를통한 군사보안 행동과 연계된 직접 연구가 추가적으로 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 군은 구성원과 관련한 내재적 동기의 윤리적 요소들에 대한 의미있는 교육과내적 윤리체계 구축에 관심을 가져야 할 것으로 판단되며, 더불어 군 내부 인원들에 대한 내재적 가치와 도덕적 가치분석을 통해 지속적인 구성원의 행동의도와 군사보안 행동과 관련한 관리 체계와 보완 요소들이 식별되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 군내 보안행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 윤리적인 요소에 대한 영향연구에 있어서 중요 요소별로 그러한 요소들에 대한 강화요소와 정의증가요소들에 대한 세부 대책과 추가적인 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

In this study, we wanted to examine the influence of security actions of members of the military rather than physical aspects such as information and communication systems and network protection in the military. Of course, it is true that the development of information and communication technologies and the importance of cyber protection systems are greatly expanded and much attention is paid to the establishment of security systems, but in the end, we cannot deny responsibility for final military security to the members of the organization who operate such systems and form the military. Above all, the internal and external factors of the members internal and external movements are important, and the internal motivations were focused on them and studied based on the planned behavioral theory(TPB). The survey was conducted on 341 members of the military in order to determine the causal relationship between types of military organizations and various factors affecting security actions. As a result of this analysis, attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control were having a significant impact on the behavior that affected military security behavior in the military, and ethical factors were having a strong causality effect on security behavior during internal motivation. On the other hand, direct and indirect experience and task relevance related to military security were relatively unadopted, and some causality was not identified at a significant level. In particular, the ethical factors of internal motivation have been studied to have a dramatic effect on attitudes to actions and their associated behaviors, which further require direct research linked to military security actions. In any case, it is believed that the military should be interested in establishing meaningful education and internal ethics systems for internal motivations related to its members, and in addition, through internal value and moral value analysis of its members, the management system and supplemental elements related to its military security actions should be identified. It is deemed that detailed measures and additional complementary measures for enhancing and defining incrementals for each of the important elements in the study of the impact on the ethical factors that have a significant impact on security actions in the military.
