민간조사원 교육과정에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 현대사회의 급격한 변화와 불확실성 등에 따라 국민의 안전을 위한 국가의 역할이 커지고 강조되고 있음에 따라, 경찰의 공권력만으로는한계가 있는 부분을 민간조사원(또는 탐정)의 활동이 절실히 요구되고 있는 현실이다. 이에 대해 민간조사원(또는 탐정)에 대해 이론 및 선행 연구된 사례에 대해서 살펴보자. 다음으로 외국의 민간조사원(또는 탐정) 교육과정과 우리나라의민간조사원(또는 탐정) 교육과정은 민간 교육기관(PI Academy)에서의 교육과목과 시간은 전공기초과목과 전공필수과목, 전공선택과목은 어떻게 분류하고활용하는지 연구해보고, 대학(원)에서는 현재 민간조사원(또는 탐정) 관련학과에 대한 교육과목과 시간은 어떻게 적용하고 있는지 알아보자. 그리고 우리나라에서 적용가능한 민간조사원(또는 탐정) 교육과정(안)에 대해서 제시하고자한다. 마지막으로, 민간조사(또는 탐정)업의 사생활침해 등의 문제로 활동이 제한되는 점을 체계적으로 잘 보완하여 본격적인 제도의 시행이 필요하다고 판단되며, 국가적으로 정책적인 양성이 이루어져야 한다고 본다.

영문 초록

In this study, as the role of the nation for the safety of the people grows and is emphasized in the wake of rapid changes and uncertainties in modern society, the activities of civilian investigators (or detectives) are required to be reduced in areas where the police s public power alone. In this regard, let s look at the theoretical and prior studies of private investigators (or detectives). Next, let s study the classification and utilization of the subjects and hours of education in the private research institutes of foreign countries (or detective) and the private research institutes of Korea (PI Academy) and the subjects and hours of education in the departments related to the private research institutes (or detective) and to see how the university (or graduate school) currently applies the subjects and hours of education in the departments related to the private research institutes. And I would like to present a private investigator (or detective) curriculum (proposal) applicable in our country. Finally, if it is deemed necessary to implement the system in earnest by systematically supplementing the limitations of activities due to problems such as invasion of privacy of private investigation (or detective) businesses, policy training should be carried out nationwide.
