여성전문병원 선택요인의 상대적 중요도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 급격하게 변화하는 의료환경속에서 의료소비자의 다양한 요구와 필요를 이해하고 의료서비스품질 향상과 고객지향적인 병원경영전략 수립을 위한 여성전문변원 선택요인의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하는 것을 주요 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 여성전문 의료기관의 선택요인을 개발하고, 전문가집단과 고객집단을 대상으로 설문을 시행·회수한 후 두 집단 간 병원선택요인의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 비교·분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 1차 계층요인의 상대적 중요도는 두 집단 모두 인적서비스품질, 물리적환경 품질, 행정서비스품질 순으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 2차 계층요인의 상대적 중요도는 인적서비스품질에서는 전문성, 신뢰성, 공감성, 물리적환경 품질은 유형성, 접근성, 심미성, 그리고 행정서비스품질은 행정편의성, 반응성, 효율성 순으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 복합중요도 분석결과, 전문가집단에서는 전문성, 신뢰성, 유형성, 행정편의성 순으로 높게 나타났고, 고객집단에서는 전문성, 신뢰성, 유형성, 공감성 순으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 여성전문병원 이용고객의 경우 물리적시스템이나 행정적 제반시스템보다는 전문적이고 신뢰를 기반한 의료행위, 그리고 지속적 관심과 배려를 내포하는 인적서비스품질을 더 중요하게 인식하는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 따라서 의료서비스 제공자로서 여성전문병원의 경쟁력을 제고하기 위하여 전문성과 신뢰성을 강화하기 위한 교육과 투자가 필요하며, 정밀한 진단과 치료를 위한 최첨단 의료장비의 도입 및 관리체계를 갖추는 것이 중요하다. 또한 고객에 대한 따뜻한 돌봄과 진정 존중할 수 있는 태도 함양을 위해 교육시스템과 조직문화 조성이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study is to understand various demands and necessities of medical consumers under the rapidly changing medical environment, and to analyze the relative importance and the priority of women’s hospital selection factors for the improvement of medical service quality and the establishment of customer oriented hospital management strategy. To this end, this study has developed the selection factors of women’s medical institution based on the literature study, and implemented and collected the questionnaires from customer groups and compared, analyzed the relative importance and the priority of hospital selection factors between 2 groups. As a result of study, first, the relative importance of 1st hierarchy factors was found to be high in the order of personnel service quality, physical environment quality and administrative service quality in 2 groups. Second, the relative importance of 2nd hierarchy factors was found to be the highest in the order of expertise, reliability, empathy in personnel service quality, the highest in the order of type, accessibility and aesthetics in physical environment quality and, the highest in the order of administrative convenience, responsiveness, efficiency in administrative service quality. In addition, as a result of complex importance analysis, the professional group showed the highest in order of expertise, reliability, type, and administrative convenience, and the customer group showed the highest in the order of expertise, reliability, type, and empathy. In conclusion, it can be understood that women s hospital customers put a bigger emphasis on professional and trust-based medical practices and the quality of human services that include continuous concern and consideration, rather than physical or administrative systems. Therefore, in order to enhance the competitiveness of women’s hospital as a medical service provider, the education and the investment are needed for the strengthening of expertise and reliability and the introduction of high end medical equipment and the management system is important for the precise diagnosis and treatment. In addition, creating education system and organization culture are required in order to enhance the warm care and the attitude of respect for customers.
