프렉탈 차원을 이용한 관측소 밀도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

일반적으로 지형이나 지역적 조건으로 인하여 관측소의 위치가 일정하게 분포되어 있지 않다. 이러한 지역적으로 불균형적인 관측소의 분포는 프랙탈 차원으로 표시되어 질 수 있다. 즉 차원이 0일 때는 모든 관측소가 하나의 장소에 있을 때이고 2일 때는 모든 관측소가 균일하게 분포되어 있는 경우이다. 현재 우리나라의 관측소들의 위치를 관찰치로 하여 각 관측소간의 거리와 미리 주어진 거리와의 관계를 선형 회귀식을 구하여 프랙탈 차원을 구하였다. 각 관측소가 창설된 연도별 관측소의 위치를 추가함에 따라 프랙탈 차원의 변화를 계산하였다.

영문 초록

In general, the weather station cannot be distributed uniformly because of the bad geographical or regional conditions. Unevenly distributed stations caused the inaccurate and sometimes duplicated weather information. It can be measured by the fractal dimension technique. The zero fractal dimension means that all of the stations are located in one place. On the other hand, two fractal dimension means that the stations are uniformly distributed. In this study, the fractal dimension of the Korea weather stations is computed to know its distribution or density. It is based on the regression s coefficient with station s distance and location. Also, after the stations are grouped by its age, the change of the dimension is calculated by adding the grouped stations in order.
