국문 초록

본 연구는 조직의 청렴수준 향상과 관련하여 조직문화와 윤리적 리더십이 청렴정책 효과성의 관계를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 특히 윤리적 리더십이 조직문화와 청렴정책 효과성 인식에 어떤 조절효과를 갖는지를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 부패친화적 조직문화는 청렴정책 효과성 인식에 부의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 청렴친화적 문화는 청렴정책 효과성에 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.윤리적 리더십의 조절효과 검증 결과 직속상사의 윤리적 리더십이 높다고 인식할수록 청렴정책 효과성을 보다 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 윤리적 리더십이 부패친화적 조직문화의 부정적 영향력을 보다 강하게 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 토대로 조직의 청렴수준 향상을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational culture and ethical leadership in integrity policy effectiveness for the improvement of the level of integrity of the organization. In particular, we examined how ethical leadership has a moderating effect on recognition of integrity policy effectiveness. As a result of the analysis, it was found that corruption-friendly organizational culture had a negative effect on the recognition of integrity policy effectiveness. The integrity-friendly culture was found to have a positive effect on the effectiveness of integrity policy. Based on these results, policy implications for improving the integrity level of the organization were presented.
