국문 초록

미래지향적 교사교육 프로그램은 미래를 이끌어갈 수 있는 경쟁력 있는 교사를 어떻게 양성할 것인가에 대한 방안을 마련하기 위해 만들어졌다. 미래지향적 교사교육 프로그램은 교사의 자질을 연구한 CBTE접근을 기본으로 한다. 교과적 전문성 신장을 바탕으로 하되 활동의 주도성 측면과 품성적 전인성 측면을 중심으로 미래지향적 교사교육 프로그램의 활용을 제안하는 것이 이 연구의 핵심이다. 첫째, 미래지향적 교사교육 프로그램은 경쟁력 있는 예비교사를 양성하는 것이 일차적인 목적이다. 장기적으로는 이 프로그램의 운영 결과가 교사 임용의 준거 자료로 활용될 수 있게 하는 것이다. 둘째, 미래지향적 교사는 경쟁력 있는 교사를 말한다. 경쟁력 있는 교사란 교과적 전문성과 활동의 주도성과 품성적 전인성을 골고루 갖춘 교사이다. 셋째, 미래지향적 교사교육 프로그램은 경쟁력 있는 교사 양성을 기본으로 하고, 교사 임용의 준거로 활용될 수 있게 하기 위함이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted on how to develop and utilize the Future Oriented Teacher Education Program. The future oriented teacher is a competitive teacher. The future oriented teacher education program is made based on the CBTE theory. The following are: First, this program is designed to develop a competitive teacher. Also this program is designed to utilize in the long term. Second, the concept of the future-oriented teachers is a competitive teacher. A competitive teacher is a teacher who is equipped with leading performance of educational expertise and activities. Third, the issue of teaching teachers is an issue of educational expertise. It can be used to focus on aspects of subject expertise, aspects of character, and aspects of leading activity. Fourth, it is a measure of the use of the future-oriented teachers education program. This study is a preliminary study. When it comes to carrying out a practice, the number of problems should be examined.
