통상법·제도 분야에 대한 메타분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 「통상정보연구」의 통상법·제도 연구분야에 관한 메타분석이다. 통상법·제도 분야의 논문들의 주요 연구 주제와 연구방법론을 살펴보고, 향후 연구의 폭과 깊이를 향상시킬 수 있는 방향을 모색하기 위해 2004년부터 2017년까지 131편의 논문을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 분석주제는 통상법·제도 연구 저자 및 소속기관의 특성, 연구방법론의 다양성, 연구 주제 및 키워드, 통상법·제도 연구의 피인용 수 등이었다. 분석결과 첫째, 통상법·제도 연구의 논문 편당 평균 저자 수는 1.48이었다. 둘째, 통상법·제도에 대한 연구는 질적연구 방법과 양적연구 방법이 다양하게 분포되어 있었으며, 전체의 77.1%가 질적연구 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 셋째, 통상법·제도 연구 대상과 주제는 시기별로 큰 차이를 가져왔으며, 키워드로는 WTO, UCP가 가장 많이 등장하였다. 넷째, 통상법·제도 논문의 평균 피인용 수는 3.29로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This meta-analysis explores field of international commercial law in International Commerce and Information Review. In this study, we analyzed 131 journals from 2004 to 2017 to improve the breadth and depth of future research by analysing the major research themes and research methodologies of papers in the field of international commercial law. The analysis topics were characteristics of institutional researchers and affiliated institutions, diversity of research methodologies, research themes and keywords. The search result shows as follows. First, the average number of authors per papers in international commercial law was 1.48. Second, the qualitative research method and the quantitative research method were widely used in the study on the international commercial law and using the qualitative research method was 77.1%. Third, the subjects and the keywords of the international commercial law have made a huge difference in terms of time, and WTO and UCP was most frequently appeared as keywords. Fourth, the average number of citations for international commercial law was 3.29.
