국문 초록

본 연구는 중국의 수출입 제조기업도 원재료공급에서부터 완성품까지 여러 복잡한 단계를 거치는 공급체인관리가 적용되기 때문에 연구를 수행하는 계기가 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 파트너십 관계를 구축하는 데 필요한 정보공유, 표준화, 신뢰도 그리고 상호결속 등의 요인이 실제 기업의 성과인 재무 및 운영성과에 영향을 미치는지 여부를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위한 연구모형을 설정하고 그에 따른 통계적 분석과 해석 결과, 먼저 공급체인 파트너십 요인에 속하는 정보공유, 표준화, 신뢰도 요인은 기업성과인 재무성과 및 운영성과에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 친다. 그러나 공급체인관리의 파트너십 범주에서 상호결속 요인은 기업성과 중 운영성과에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다.

영문 초록

This study considers the current stateus of China s export - import manufacturing industry and the manufacturing companies seek to derive the factors of partnership in building SCM. The purpose of this article is to ascertain the effect of information sharing, standardization, trust, and mutual solidarity on financial performance and operational performance. In this study, the partnership factors were selected as information sharing, standardization, trust, mutual solidarity, and these partnership factors are independent factors. next business performance was selected as a dependent variable. and business performance was divided into two categories. The first is financial performance and The second is operational performance. In order to investigate the relationship between these independent variables and dependent variables, the statistical package SPSS 23.0 is used to do the reliability, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The result as follows. The first, information sharing in the supply chain partnership factor affects both financial performance and operational performance. The second, standardization in the supply chain partnership factor affects both financial performance and operational performance. The third, trust in supply chain partnership factors affects both financial performance and operational performance. The Fourth, mutual solidarity in supply chain partnership factors affects operational performance among business performance. It does not affect the financial performance.
