국문 초록

중국 제3자 물류의 구조는 2000년대 후반부터 세계 경제환경 변화와 함께 성장하였다. 많은 기업들이 운송과 창고정보 관리 등 비핵심 업무를 아웃소싱하는 방법으로 전문회사에 위탁하면서 제3자 물류 산업이 성장하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국 제3자 물류기업의 공급체인 구축에 있어 정보기술 역량, 위험관리역량의 영향을 파악하고 파트너십, 조직운영, 정성적 성과요인이 가지는 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 연구 표본은 중국물류협회, 중국기업연합회, 중국창고유통협회, 중국택배협회 등의 기관사이트에 등록된 제3자 물류기업 리스트를 참조하였다. 분석에는 총 221부의 설문지가 실증분석에 활용되었다. SPSS Amos 23.0 Graphics을 활용하여 신뢰성 및 타당성 검증을 수행하였다. 분석결과는 공급체인 구축요인인 정보기술역량, 위험관리역량 요인이 파트너십에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 공급망 내의 파트너십 향상이 조직운영과 정성적 성과요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 조직운영요인은 정성적 성과에 유의하지 않은 영향을 나타냈다. 이후, 종합적으로 채택된 가설들을 바탕으로 중국 제3자 물류기업에 대한 다각적인 역량을 살펴볼 것이고, 파트너십 형성의 중요성을 근거하여 공급체인관리의 조직운영과 정성적 성과요인에 대한 검토를 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The structure of Chinese 3PL system has grown with changes within the global economic environment since the late 2000s. Those industry grew as many companies outsourced non-core operations such as transportation and warehouse information management to specialized companies. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of information technology capacity and risk management capacity in the construction of supply chain of China s 3PL enterprises, and to clarify the structural relationship between partnership, organization’s operation and qualitative performance factors. The study sample referred to a list of 3PL companies registered on China Logistics Institute, China Enterprise Confederation. Using a total of 221 questionnaires collected, 200 copies were used for empirical analysis, excluding 21 invalid ones. Reliability and feasibility analysis were carried out using the SPSS Amos 23.0 Graphics. Information technology capacity and risk management capacity, which are factors for establishing supply chain management, are found to have a significant impact on partnership. Improved partnership within the supply chain has had a positive impact on organization operations and qualitative performance factors. However, Organizational operating factors indicated a non-significant effect on qualitative performance. Based on the hypotheses adopted comprehensively, we will look at the various capability of China s third-party logistics enterprises, and review the organizational operation of supply chain management and qualitative performance factors based on the importance of establishing partnership.
