국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 공급사슬관리에서 블록체인기술을 우선적으로 적용할 업무 분야와 적용하기 위한 방안을 탐구하는데 있다. 연구방법은 총 3라운드의 델파이 기법을 사용하였다. 제1라운드에서는 구체적인 문제점을 인식하기 위하여 SCM업계의 의사결정자들을 주요 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 하고 심층면접을 실시하였다. 인터뷰 결과 문서 유통 상의 신속성과 보안성 향상에 블록체인 기술이 유용함을 인식하였다. 즉, SCM에서의 서류 인증과 관련된 업무에 적용하여 서류 처리의 신속함과 신뢰성을 높이는 것이 가장 효과적이라는 결론을 내리게되었다 . 제2라운드에서는 기능 적용이라는 관점에서 블록체인을 구체적으로 적용할 분야로 해상 및 항공에서 사용하는 적하 목록 취합 시스템이 적절하다는 결과를 도출하였다. 제3라운드에서는 블록체인 기술을 적하 목록 시스템에 적용 시 사용자들을 위한 인센티브 방안과 정부의 법적 규제 완화 및 지원책이 필요하다는 점을 전문가 인터뷰를 통하여 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the application fields and application of the blockchain technology in the supply chain management. A total of three rounds of Delphi research method were used for it. In the first round, I extracted and recognized important problems through literature studies and questionnaires. In the second round, it was concluded that the MFCS(Manifest Consolidation System) will be best practice case through in-depth interviews. Finally, in the third round, I and blockchain experts discussed the incentive structures and legal policy measures. In the first round, we conducted questionnaires and in-depth interviews with decision makers in the SCM industry to identify specific problems. It was recognized that the blockchain technology was very useful for improving the speed and security of problem distributors in the current SCM. In the second round, I realized the legacy manifest system for collecting cargo manifests for use in maritime and aviation, which will be specifically applied in terms of function application. Through in-depth interviews with experts, we obtained results on the technical issues required for the manifest system. In the third round, I researched the technical issues to apply the blockchain technology to the manifest system from the viewpoint of creating new business, and founded that the government’s policy should be supported. That is because the new business has potential power to speed up the SCM process and to decrease the SCM costs.
