영문 초록

The economies of the Northeast Asian countries, especially Korea, grew rapidly by accepting the experience of Japanese economic growth. China, which followed the development model of the ANIEs, also experienced a high economic growth. In the Northeast Asian region, the capital and technology of Japan, by being transferred to Korea and then China, contributed to the development of Korea and China. Recently, trade relation across the countries in the Northeast Asian region has been deepening. The change of RCA among the Northeast Asian countries caused this deepening. First, vertical division of labor should be converted to horizontal division of labor to increase the cooperation among Korea, Japan and China. Then, the obstacles against free mobility of capital and technology across countries and the artificial trade and investment barriers should be removed. Specifically, the LFT A seems to be more efficient than the FTA, because the LFTA aims at special functions, specific industries and regions.
