국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 국제 개발복지 비영리조직 팀원의 역량개발에 대한 교육요구를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 국제 개발복지 비영리조직의 하나인 A 기관 구성원 100명으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 교육요구는 t-test, Borich(1980)의 요구도, Locus for Focus model, 교육필요 조사 등을 종합 고려하여 분석하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, 국제 개발복지 비영리조직 팀원에게 필요한 9개 역량(수용력, 전문가의식, 주도성, 책임감, 문제해결, 학습 및 성장지향, 창의혁신, 협력, 의사소통) 모두에서 이의 향상을 위한 교육훈련의 필요가 요청되었다. 둘째, 총 47개 팀원 역량 행동지표 가운데 21개가 교육훈련이 요구되는 행동지표이다. 이 가운데서도 특히 수용력, 전문가의식, 의사소통, 학습 및 성장지향, 문제해결역량의 7개 행동지표에 대해서는 교육훈련이 시급히 마련될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 국제 개발복지 비영리조직 팀원의 역량개발을 위한 교육적 처치 투입 여부를 판단하는 합리적인 교육요구 분석절차를 제시하고 있다는 점에서 실제적, 이론적 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze educational needs for the development in competence of international development welfare NPO team members. In order to analyze educational needs, a survey was conducted on 100 members of an international development welfare non-profit organization. The data was analyzed with t-tests, the Borich s needs assessment model, the Locus for Focus model, and educational needs assessment questionnaires. There were two major findings. First, the need for education and training to improve it in the nine competencies required for team members: acceptance, professionalism, initiative, responsibility, problem solving, learning and growth orientation, creativity innovation, cooperation, and communication were requested. Secondly, 21 out of 47 competence behavioral indicators required education and training. In particular, education and training need to be urgently prepared for the seven behavioral indicators of capacity, acceptance, professionalism, communication, learning and growth orientation, and problem solving. This study has practical and theoretical significance in that it presents a reasonable educational needs analysis procedure to determine whether to put educational intervention into the competence development of international development welfare NPO members.
