청소년 진로탄력성의 의미와 구성요인에 관한 델파이 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 청소년의 진로역량 향상을 위하여 청소년에게 적합한 진로탄력성의 의미를 규명하고 구성요인 및 하위변인을 도출하였다. 그리고 초등학교 저학년과 고학년, 중학교, 고등학교 수준에 적합한 진로탄력성 하위변인의 중요도를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 청소년 진로교육 전문가 패널을 초중고교 교사, 장학사, 청소년 진로 관련 기관 실무자, 교수 등으로 구성하고, 총 3차례에 걸친 델파이 연구를 실시하였다. 이 과정을 통해 전문가 패널의 의견을 수렴하여 청소년에게 적용하기에 적절한 진로탄력성의 의미를 도출하였다. 또한, 청소년 진로탄력성의 구성요인을 ‘자기이해’, ‘긍정적 태도’, ‘자기조절’, ‘적응성’, ‘대인‧정보 관계’로 규명하였다. 마지막으로 진로탄력성의 구성요인 및 하위변인의 중요도가 학교급에 따라 다른 것으로 의견이 모아졌다. 이 연구의 결과는 향후 청소년의 진로역량 향상을 위한 진로교육의 방향을 모색하고, 진로탄력성을 기르기 위한 구체적인 논의를 진행하는 데 밑거름이 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the meaning of career resilience that is appropriate for adolescents to improve their career competencies, and derived the associated components and variables. The importance of career resilience variables suitable for elementary school, middle school, and high school environments was also analyzed. To this end, a panel of youth career education experts was composed of teachers, school inspectors, practitioners of youth career institutions, and professors; and three Delphi studies were conducted. Through this process, the opinions of the aforementioned expert panel were collected to derive the meaning of career elasticity that is appropriate to apply to adolescents. In addition, the constituent factors of youth career resilience were identified as ‘self-understanding’, ‘positive attitude’, ‘self-regulation’, ‘adaptability’, and ‘interpersonal and information relationships’. Finally, opinions were gathered that indicated the importance of constituent factors and variables of career resilience that differ according to the school level. The results of this study can be the basis for finding a direction of career education to improve career competence of adolescents and aid in conducting concrete discussions to develop career resilience.
