국문 초록

본 연구는 고려인 신문 「선봉」을 통해 원동 소비에트 고려인 사회의 교육문예 영역에서 중요한 역할을 담보했던 고려인 출판문화의 의미와 그 동향을 연구, 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 신문 「선봉」 기사에 실린 출판 관련 기사와 소비에트 정부의 출판정책에 관한 기사를 중심으로 이주 초창기로 출판문화의 도입기인 1923-25년, 소비에트 정부의 대국민 사상교육을 포함한 교육정책의 시행이 본격화되기 시작한 출판문화 형성기인 1926-29년, 농업 집단화 운동이 적극 추진되면서 사회경제적 발전과 변화가 시작된 출판문화의 도약기인 1930-37년으로 시대를 구분해 고려인 출판문화의 특징과 변화를 분석했다.

영문 초록

This is a study on the meaning and trend of the publication culture of the Korean community (Kory-Saram, Ethnic Koreans in the CIS) in Soviet Union based on the articles about publication and publishing policy of the Soviet government in the local newspaper named Seonbong. The study is divided into three periods beginning with the introductory stage of Korean’s publication culture, which lasted from 1923 to 1925 when Korean’s just had moved into Soviet. Second period (1926~1929) is a formative period of the publication culture when Soviet government had formulated the education policy with strengthening public ideological education. Final period that this study dealt with is from 1930 to 1937, the mature stage with a social and economic development when the government had promoted the collectivization of agriculture.
