유아의 부정 정서조절과 영향을 미치는 변인분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 부정 정서조절에 영향을 미치는 유아의 내적(기질, 놀이성, 일상적 스트레스)변인과 외적(어머니의 기질, 정서조절, 양육스트레스)변인들을 동시에 고려하여 분석해 보고 유아의 부정 정서조절과의 관계를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구대상은 K도 K시에 소재한 K유치원에 다니는 만 3,4,5세 유아 어머니 140명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였으며 132부가 회수되었다. 이들 중 응답이 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 113명이 최종 연구대상으로 선정되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아기질 하위영역 중 활동성, 적응성이 부정 정서조절과 유의한 정적상관이 있었다. 유아 놀이성이 부정 정서조절과 유의한 부적상관이 있었다. 유아의 일상적 스트레스 하위영역 중 자존감 상함, 비난·공격적 상황에 접함, 그리고 유아의 일상적 스트레스 전체가 부정 정서조절과 유의한 부적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 어머니의 기질, 어머니의 정서조절방식, 어머니의 양육스트레스는 유아의 부정 정서조절과 유의한 상관이 없었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships with the young children s regulation of negative emotions after considering and analyzing the young children s internal variables (temperament, playfulness, daily stress) and external variables (mother s temperament, emotion regulation, parenting stress) which affect the young children s regulation of negative emotions simultaneously. For research object, this study was to distribute the questionnaire as an object of 140 mothers for three, four and five-years-old in full children who attended in K kindergarten located in K City of K Province, and 132 copies were retrieved. Among them, 113 respondents excluding the unreliable respondents from the questionnaire were selected as final research object. From the result of this research above, it may be summed up as follows. First, among the subfields of children s temperament, the activity and adaptability had significant positive correlation with the negative emotion regulation. The children s playfulness had significant negative correlation with the negative emotion regulation. Among the children s daily stress subfields, a loss of self-esteem, facing with the blame and attack situation, and the children s whole daily stress had significant negative correlation with the negative emotion regulation. Second, the mother s temperament, method of mother s emotion regulation, and mother s parenting stress had no significant correlation with the young children s regulation of negative emotions.
