공군사관학교 생도의 가족기능, 대학생활적응의 관계에서 진로정체감의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 공군사관학교 생도의 가족기능, 대학생활적응의 관계에서 진로정체감을 매개효화로 살펴보기 위해서 C시에 소재한 공군사관생도 1학년에서 4학년까지 총 448명을 대상으로 진행하였다. SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 자료를 분석한 후 유의수준 .01에서 추정된 모수치의 통계적 유의성을 검증했다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면, 첫째, 공군사관학교 생도의 가족기능, 진로정체감, 대학생활적응 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 모든 하위변인에서 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공군사관학교 생도의 가족기능과 대학생활적응 간의 관계에서 진로정체감이 매개효과가 있는지 살펴보기 위해 구조방정식을 실시한 결과, 가족기능, 진로정체감, 대학생활적응의 구조방정식 모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가족기능이 대학생활적응에 미치는 설명력을 진로정체감이 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구결과에 대한 제한점과 후속연구를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between there factors such as the family function, college life adjustment and career identity factors. The research is going to if career identity has mediating effect in the relationship between the family function and college life adjustment. A 488 of korea air force academy cadet residening in C-city completed questionnaires assessing family function, career identity and college life adjustment. The sample variacne covariance matrix was analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0, the mazimum likelihood minimization function. The goodness of fit was evaluated using the SRMR, RMSEA, and its 90% confidence interval, CFI and TLI. The results are as follows: First, there were significant correlations among family function, career identity, and college life adnustment. Second, the subordinated factors in the family function, career identity, and college life adjustment regulation are also closely related in the statistically significant positive relationship excepting college life adjustment. Also, it is found that the sense of career identity is partly mediated by the ability of family function to explain the college life adjustment. Finally, the limitations of this study and directions for future study are discissed.
