역량기반 진로교육을 위한 대학생의 창의적 성향과 진로핵심역량 간의 관계

국문 초록

최근 기업은 인재를 선발하는 평가요소로 핵심역량을 강조하며 창의성에 초점을 두고 있으므로, 대학은 대학생의 진로에 대한 준비로 창의적 성향과 진로핵심역량을 파악하고 이를 함양하기 위한 프로그램을 마련하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 대학생의 개인배경(학년, 전공계열, 성별)에 따라 창의적 성향과 진로핵심역량에 어떤 차이가 있는지 확인하여 창의성과 핵심역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 대학생 493명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과 대학생의 창의적 성향과 진로핵심역량 간에는 정적상관관계를 보였으며, 진로핵심역량의 하위변인 중자기관리능력, 창의적 문제해결능력, 분석적/비판적사고력, 솔선수범, 갈등해결 및 협력은 창의적 성향 간에도 상관관계가 유의하였다. 그리고 창의적 성향은 학년과 전공에 따른 차이는 없었으나 성별 차이가 있었다. 즉, 호기심, 과제집착력, 독립심모험심, 문제해결리더십에 있어서 남학생이 여학생보다 높았다. 그리고 진로핵심역량 중 공통핵심역량에서는 개인배경에 따른 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 세부영역 핵심역량 중 사회적 차원과 문제해결적 차원에서도 남학생이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과를 고려하여 역량기반 진로교육을 위한 교양과목개설, 프로그램개발 및 진로상담을 실시하기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Recently, companies have focused on creativity by emphasizing core competencies as an evaluation factor for selecting talented people. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between core competency and the creative personality of university students and to find differences according to personal background such as grade, major, and gender. The participants of this study were 493 S-university students in the Seoul metropolitan area who attended in‘Self-directed learning’on-line subject. The collected data was analyzed through t-test and ANOVA using the SPSS 18.0 program. The results of the study showed a positive correlation between the creative personality of university students and the career core competencies, where the sub-variables of career core competencies are self-management ability, creative problem solving ability, analytical/critical thinking ability, initiative, conflict resolution and cooperation. Results showed no difference in creative personality according to grade and major, however there was a gender difference. Male students scored higher than female students in curiosity, task-attachment, independent mind-adventure, and problem-solving leadership. There was also no difference in common core competencies among career core competencies according to personal background, however male students scored highly in the social and problem solving level. Base on the results of this study, liberal arts courses, program development and career counseling for competency-based career education should be conducted.
