국문 초록

본 연구는 유아가 지각한 부모의 촉진적 의사소통이 유아의 규범적 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 이 두 변인과의 관계에서 유아의 개인적 변인인 민감성 요인의 매개 효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 G시에 소재하는 12개 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 만 5세 유아를 대상으로 하였으며 만 5세 유아 240명의 담임교사 24명에게 설문지를 배부한 후 수합된 자료 중 총 229부의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유아가 지각한 부모의 촉진적 의사소통이 유아의 규범적 행동에 미치는 영향은 유의미하였다. 둘째, 유아가 지각한 부모의 촉진적 의사소통과 유아의 규범적 행동 간의 관계에서 유아의 민감성이 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구결과는 부모의 촉진적 의사소통과 유아의 민감성을 높임으로써 유아의 배려행동의 하나인 규범적 행동을 증진 시킬 수 있는 방안 제시를 위한 기초자료가 될 것이라 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study attempts to investigate the relationship between parents’facilitative communication perceived by children and children’s normative behavior, and to examine the mediating effect of sensitivity in the relationship between these two variables. The subjects of this study were 229 children aged 5 years old who were enrolled at 12 early childhood educational institutions in G city. For this study, data were collected and analyzed through a questionnaire survey of 24 classroom teachers these children. Results showed that, first, the parents’facilitative communication perceived by children has a significant effect on children’s normative behavior. Second, there is a significant mediating effect on the influence of children’s sensitivity between parent s facilitative communication perceived by children and children’s normative behavior. It is thought that by increasing level of parents’facilitative communication as perceived by children, as well as sensitivity, may serve as a basis to suggest ways to promote the children’s normative behavior.
