영문 초록

Small companies belonging to six roots industries such as casting, mold, plastic processing, welding, surface treatment, and heat treatment are poor in human and physical environment, and professional production management education and recruitment are very difficult in reality. Therefore, it is very important to establish a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that can increase production efficiency and process efficiency with minimum manpower. In this study, we constructed the MES focusing on D company which is customized production of mold, plastic processing, and welding, and studied the effect on production and work efficiency when it was operated. The results of this study will help to establish tailor - made strategies for each industry and process needed to establish smart factory policies tailored to the root industry and provide a good benchmarking example for MES construction to small companies like D.
