영문 초록

In a 3-echelon supply chain comprising of manufacturers, distributors and retailers, profits can be improved if each member forms a coalition through cooperation. All member-participating coalition, namely, grand coalition, can maximize their profits. However, the grand coalition can be maintained only when these profits are fairly distributed to each member. If the profits are not fairly distributed, members will pursue individual coalition or partial coalitions. Proportional method is easy to apply and has often been used for profit allocations. This study demonstrated that the solution of the proportional method to profit exists in the core.
