국문 초록

본 연구에서는 교육 및 심리 검사 자료에 대한 인지진단모형 적용 시 인지요소 간 상호 관계에 관한 판단에 기초하여 보상적 혹은 비보상적 모형 하나를 선택하여 사용하는 관행을 넘어서 동일 검사 자료에 대해 복수의 인지진단모형을 동시에 적용하는 방법을 탐색해 보았다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 다중 인지진단모형을 주어진 자료에 적용하기 위한 5단계 절차를 제시하였고 이에 따라 실제 중학교 3학년 영어 학업성취도 검사 자료를 분석하여 그 활용가능성을 살펴보았다. 실제 자료 분석 결과, 다중 인지진단모형이 검사 자료를 보다 간명하게 잘 설명할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 함께 다중 인지진단모형이 더 폭넓게 사용되기 위하여 요청되는 추후 연구 방향에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, the simultaneous use of various cognitive diagnostic models for a given test dataset was explored instead of using a single cognitive diagnostic model based on the determination about the interrelationship among cognitive attributes. Traditionally, it is known that the relationships between cognitive attributes are either compensatory or non-compensatory. To this end, this study presented a five-step procedure for applying a multi-CDM to given test data, and analyzed the actual ninth grade English achievement test data to examine its usability. Actual data analysis showed that the multi-CDM could explain the test data more parsimoniously. Finally, discussions of the findings and the significance of this study were provided, followed by future research directions for the wider use of multi-CDM.
