국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 비임의결측 시 다중대체를 중심으로 종단네트워크 결측자료의 분석방법을 비교하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구문제는 첫째, 결측메커니즘별 종단네트워크 결측자료 분석결과인 효과계수 모수와 추정치 간 차이는 어떠한가? 둘째, 결측메커니즘별 종단네트워크 결측자료 분석결과인 효과계수의 표준오차 모수와 추정치 간 차이는 어떠한가? 이다. 이를 위해 네트워크 결측메커니즘별 결측 모의자료를 생성하고, Stationary SAOM과 Bayesian ERGM 다중대체법을 적용하여 초등교사의 종단네트워크를 분석하였다. 그 연구결과는 Stationary SAOM과 Bayesian ERGM을 적용하여 네트워크 결측자료를 다중대체 시 효과 계수 추정치의 편향 비율은 결측메커니즘별 차이가 있었다. 특히 소외자와 관련된 비임의결측일 때, 네트워크 효과 계수 추정치의 편향 정도가 낮았다. 또한 추정치 표준오차의 편향 비율도 결측메커니즘별 차이가 있었다. 이러한 결과의 시사점은 종단네트워크 결측자료 분석 시 먼저 네트워크 결측메커니즘을 확인할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to compare analysis methods of longitudinal network missing data, based on multiple imputation when missing not a random. Research questions are: First, what is the difference in coefficient between parameters and estimates by missing mechanism? Second, what is the difference in standard error between parameters and estimates by missing mechanism? To do this, we generated missing simulated data by missing mechanism, and analyzed elementary teachers’ longitudinal networks using the stationary SAOM and the Bayesian ERGM multiple imputation methods. The results indicated that first, the bias ratio of coefficient estimates was different for each missing mechanism when applying the stationary SAOM and the Bayesian ERGM multiple imputation methods. Specifically, when isolates are missing data, the estimated network effect produce relatively unbiased estimates. Second, the bias ratio of the estimated standard errors also differed for each missing mechanism. These results imply that we need to consider network missing mechanism when analyzing longitudinal network missing data.
