장애인의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 인구학적 요인, 사회적 요인, 경제적 요인, 건강요인을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이들의 인구학적 요인, 사회적 요인, 경제적 요인, 건강요인을 통해 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원에서 제공하는 2016년 2차 웨이브 1차 장애인고용패널조사를 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 회귀분석을 토대로 정리하면, 인구학적 요인에서는 배우자가 있는 경우, 연령대가 낮을수록, 여성일 경우, 학력이 높을수록, 사회적 요인에서는 사회활동에 참여할수록, 차별경험이 없을수록, 경제적 요인에서는 가구 총소득이 높을수록, 국민기초생활보장급여가 적을수록, 총 생활비 지출이 많을수록, 외식비 지출이 많을수록, 건강요인에서는 건강상태를 긍정적으로 인식할수록, 규칙적인 식사를 하는 경우, 운동을 하는 경우, 삶의 만족도 수준이 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 장애인의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored the factors affecting the life satisfaction of the disabled through their demographic, social, economic and health factors. To this end, this study used the 2016 Wave 2, 1st Disability Employment Panel Survey provided by the Korea Employment Development Institute for the Disabled. The results of the study are summarized based on the integrated model. In demographic factors, female, with a spouse, the younger the age group, and the higher their education, the higher their life satisfaction was. In social factors, the more people participated in social activities and the less discrimination they experienced, the higher their satisfaction with life. In terms of economic factors, the higher the household s total income, the lower the Basic Living Security Benefits, the higher the total living expenses, the higher the eating out expenses, the higher the satisfaction of life. In health factors, the more they thought they were healthy, the more they eat regularly, and the more they exercise, the higher their satisfaction with life. Based on these results, this study suggests ways to improve the life satisfaction of people with disabilities.
