국문 초록

현재 제4차 산업혁명은 우리나라의 경제 뿐만 아니라 부동산산업에도 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 상황에서 제4차 산업혁명에서 발생할 수 있는 문제에 대한 대응방안 및 제4차 산업혁명시대의 부동산산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 것이 사회적 경제이다. 현실적이고 구체화된 제도로 나타나고 있는 제4차 산업혁명시대의 사회적 경제 측면의 부동산산업과 관련하여서는 사회적 경제≧ 제4차 산업혁명≧경제성장이라는 도식화가 가능하다. 제4차 산업혁명 시대에 사회적 경제 측면에서 부동산산업에 대해서는 교육을 통한 인적 및 기관 역량강화가 중요하고, 그리고 합리적인 부동산산업 정보 네트워크 구축 및 새로운 부동산산업의 출현에 대응이 필요하며 이를 위한 제도적 입법적인 노력도 필요하다. 사회적 경제 주체는 제4차 산업혁명시대의 부동산산업의 수행과 관련하여 융합 지능 정보기술의 집적을 전제로 하여 이에 대한 사회적 경제조직 주체간 협업 또는 일반 경제 조직과의 협업을 통하여 사회적 경제의 목적에 부합하는 범위에서 지속가능성이 있는 국내 및 국제적인 부동산산업에의 참여를 도모하여야 할 것이다. 이를 통하여 우리나라의 사회적 경제가 국내의 제4차 산업혁명시대의 부동산산업에 발전에 기여할뿐만 아니라, 국제적으로도 다른 나라의 경제발전에도 기여할 수 있는 역할을 할 수 있게 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The fourth industrial revolution is affecting not only the Korean economy but also the real estate industry. under the circumstances, it is the social economy that can contribute to the development of the real estate industry in the era of the fourth industrial revolution and the countermeasures that may arise in the fourth industrial revolution. In relation to the real estate industry in the social economy of the fourth Industrial Revolution era, which is represented as a realistic and concrete system, it is possible to illustrate the relation among social economy, 4th industrial revolution, and economic growth as follows: social economy ≧ 4th Industrial Revolution ≧ economic growth. In the era of the fourth Industrial Revolution in terms of social economy, it is important to strengthen human and institutional capacity through education for the real estate industry. In addition, it is necessary to take action in response to the establishment of a rational real estate industry information network and the emergence of a new real estate industry. Social economic players should collaborate with social economic organizations or with economic organizations on the premise of convergence intelligent information technology related to the real estate industry in the fourth Industrial Revolution era. Through this process, participation in sustainable domestic and international real estate industries should be promoted in line with the purpose of the social economy. Thus, the social economy of Korea will not only contribute to the development of the real estate industry in the fourth Industrial Revolution era, but also plays a role in contributing to the economic development of other countries internationally.
