국문 초록

【초록】외국인을 대상으로 한 한국어 교육의 최종 목표는 ‘의사소통’이다. 한국어 학습자가 학습어 화자와 의사소통을 잘 하려면 ‘의사소통능력 (communication competence)’이 있어야 한다. 의사소통능력은 어휘 습득량과 비례한다. 어휘에는 일반적인 의사소통을 할 때 사용되는 일반어휘와 학습어의 문화를 이해하는데 더 효과적으로 사용되는 ‘문화어휘’로 구별할 필요가 있다. 문화어휘는 한국문화를 이해하는 데 필요하다고 판단되는 어휘이다. 한국어 학습자는 학습어의 문화를 이해할 때 화자 간의 가지고 있는 생각이나 뜻이 비로소 자연스럽게 통할 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 독립주제로는 아직 충분히 논의가 이루어지지 않은 ‘문화어휘’를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 그가운데 한국의 전통 명절 중 하나인 ‘설날 문화’를 ‘어휘장’으로 구축하여 제시함으로써 한국어 교육현장에 도움을 주고자 하는 데 목적이 있다.

영문 초록

Communication is the ultimate goal of Korean language learning for foreigners. They must have communication competence in order for Korean language learners to communicate well with Koreans. Communication competence is proportional to the acquisition of vocabulary. It is necessary to distinguish the vocabulary from the general vocabulary used in general communication and the Culture Vocabulary which is used more efficiently to explain the learning language culture. Culture vocabulary is a vocabulary that is considered necessary in order to understand the language of terms for learning. When a Korean learner understands the culture of a learning language, it is natural to communicate the thoughts and meanings between the speakers. This thesis therefore aimed at the study of economic vocabulary which as an independent subject is not yet thoroughly explored. Between them, it aims to help Korean language learning by building and presenting the traditional Korean holiday Lexical Field as a Seolnal Culture
