대학생의 완벽주의, 진로의사결정, 심리적 안녕감이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구는 대학생의 완벽주의, 진로의사결정, 심리적 안녕감이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 2018년 2학기에 교양과목을 수강하는 대학생을 중심으로 D시와 K시에 소재한 2개의 대학생 306명을 대상으로 상관계수와 단계별 중다회귀방식으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 대학생의 완벽주의, 진로의사결정, 심리적 안녕감, 진로성숙도의 상관계수를 살펴보면, 진로성숙도와 완벽주의(r=-12.~.37, p<.05), 진로의사결정(r=-.35~.38, p<.01), 심리적 안녕감(r=.16~.53)은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 단계적 중다회귀분석 결과는 대학생의 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 가장 높은 변인은 개인적 성장, 자율성, 긍정적 대인관계, 직관적 유형, 합리적 유형, 자기수용 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 대학생의 진로성숙도를 향상시키기 위해서는 완벽주의, 진로의사결정, 심리적 안녕감와의 관계를 개선할 필요가 있으며, 이에 기초하여 대학생들이 진로를 안정적으로 찾아 갈 수 있도록 지도하는 방안이 요청된다.

영문 초록

This study was to investigate the influence of perfectionism, career decision, psychological well-being, and university student s Career maturity. A convenience sample of 306 students in the 1th~4th grade who took in liberal art subject related to were selected as the subjects at the university in area D city and K city in the second semester of 2018. In order to analyze the data of this study, SPSS 21.0 was used and analyzed using Pearson s correlation and stepwise regression analysis. The results of this study were as follews. First, the correlation of perfectionism, career decision, psychological well-being, and career maturity among university students, perfectionism shows that career maturity showed a correlation with perfectionism(r=-.12-.37, p＜.05), and career decision(r=-.35-.38, p＜.5), but a positive correlation with psychological well-being(r=.16-.53, p＜.001). Second, a stepwise regression analysis showed that, personal growth, autonomy, positive interpersonal relationships, intuitive type, rational type and self-acceptance variables significantly affected life adjustment in university. Based on these findings, in order to improve the career maturity of university students, it is important to improve their relationship among perfectionism, career decision and psychological well-being to help them to build up their career maturity stably, or to guide their students in their majors.
