국문 초록

본 연구는 학과별 대학입학과 생활이 졸업 후 진로결정에 미치는 영향력과 차이를 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 실증 조사하였는데 그 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 학과별 대학입학과 생활이 졸업 후 진로결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 가설 1, 2는 모두 채택되었다. 그리고 호텔경영, 외식, 조리전공학생과 비전공학생 간 차이에 있어 서도 호텔, 경영, 외식, 조리전공학생의 졸업 후 진로결정에 전공과의 부합성이 높은 것으로 나타나 가설 3도 채택되었다. 이는 관련 전공에 대한 대학입학 당시부터 학교생활 전반에 걸쳐 전공심화학습과 관련 동아리 활동이나 전공에 대한 정보의 취득활용에 타 학과 전공보다 진로결정이 매우 높아 교육열의와 전공학습심화에 이르게 하는 환경과 동기부여로 인한 진로결정이 높고 만족 또한 높음을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is empirically intended to figure out the effects of university admission and life by department on career decision after graduation and the differences. The results of this study were as follows. University admission and life by department had a positive effect on career decision after graduation, adopting both hypotheses 1 and 2. The differences between hotel management, foodservice and culinary arts major and non-major students were highly related with the major in career decision after graduation of students majoring in hotel management, foodservice and culinary arts, adopting hypothesis 3. As for the above-stated findings, the career decision is much higher than other majors in obtaining and using information about in-depth major studies, related club activities or majors across university life from the time of university entrance. Consequently, high career decision and high satisfaction are due to the environment and motivation leading to the educational zeal and in-depth major study.
