영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to understand the influence of job autonomy on job crafting and job satisfaction. Based on a total 278 samples obtained form empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 7 hypotheses with the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit for the data =482.532(df=201), p<.001, CMIN/df=2.401, GFI=.864, AGFI=.909, TLI=.936, CFI .944, RMSEA=.071. The model’s fit, as indicated by these indices, was deemed satisfactory; thus, it provided a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. The SEM showed the relational job autonomy had a positive job crafting and job satisfaction. Also, job crafting had a positive significant influence on job satisfaction. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed
