국문 초록

수도권과 지방의 소득격차는 한국사회의 고질적인 문제이다. 특히 수도권집중육성 정책에 의한 산업불균형은 해당 문제가 지속, 심화되는 원인이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지방의 1인당 지역 내 총생산(GRDP)에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함을 목적으로 한다. 특히 산업단지 지정면적과 도시지역에서 주거지역이 차지하는 비율을 분석하여 향후 지역개발의 방향에 대한 시사점을 제시하려 한다. 이를 위해 1인당 지역 내 총생산(GRDP)를 종속변수로 설정하고 거시경제지표, 산업화특성, 인구특성, 부동산특성 등을 통제변수로 하여 다중선형회귀분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과 양의 상관관계를 갖는 변수로는 산업단지지정면적, 인구 천명 당 종사자, 재정자립도, 주택보급률, 경기종합동행지수이며, 음의 상관관계를 갖는 변수는 주민등록인구, 도시지역대비 주거지역면적 비율, 지가변동률, 수도권과의 거리인 것으로 나타났다. 산업단지의 수, 인구증가율은 유의미한 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 이를 통해 주거지역위주의 개발보 다는 산업단지를 중심으로 한 지역개발이 1인당 지역 내 총생산(GRDP)의 성장에 유리한 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

The income gap between metropolitan and provincial areas is a chronic problem in Korean society. In particular, industrial imbalance under the policy of concentrating the metropolitan area is the reason why the problem continues to escalate. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors affecting the Gross Regional Domestic Product(GRDP) per capita of the province. Especially, by analyzing the ratio of residential area and industrial complex area, providing implication point on further development plan is main purpose of this study. For that, we set the Gross Regional Domestic Product(GRDP) per capita as a dependent variable and conducted a multi-linear regression analysis. And control variables are the macroeconomic indicators, industrialization characteristics, population characteristics and real estate characteristics. The variables with positive correlation are the area of the industrial complex, workers per thousand people, financial independence, housing supply rate, and the Composite Index. The variables of negative correlation are the population, the ratio of residential area, the rate of land price fluctuation, and the distance from the Seoul.
